Terms of Use

• “Templates” means the estimating template products we supply for use within the Wunderbuild or Buildxact platforms (including our Detailed, Feasibility, Trade and Custom templates).
•  “Estimating Services” means our done-for-you estimating services, where our team prepares an estimate on your behalf.
•  “Subscription” means a paid annual subscription to one or more Templates.
•  “you” means the builder, trade, business or individual using our website, Templates or Estimating Services.

Our Templates are products: estimating tools and frameworks designed to help you prepare quotes more quickly. Our Estimating Services are a service: work our team performs for you. The Templates are supplied for use inside the Wunderbuild or Buildxact platforms, which are third-party platforms that require their own separate subscriptions. Your subscription with us does not include a subscription to those platforms.

•  Templates are supplied on an annual subscription term.
•  Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds: because our Templates are digital products that give you access to our systems and intellectual property, subscriptions are non-refundable once you have been onboarded and given access to the Template. 

This is important. Our Templates and the estimates they help produce are tools and a guide only. They are a starting point to help you prepare a quote — they are not a final quote and are not a substitute for your own professional judgement.

•  You are responsible for reviewing, checking and verifying all quantities, measurements, costings, allowances, inclusions, exclusions and pricing before you rely on or issue any quote to a client.
•  Prices, rates and supplier information may change, and you are responsible for confirming current pricing for your project and location.
•  You remain solely responsible for the quotes, estimates and contracts you provide to your own clients, and for the commercial outcomes of your projects.
•  To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from your reliance on a Template or estimate, including pricing errors, omissions, or the outcome of any quote or project.

Where we provide Estimating Services, we take reasonable care to prepare accurate estimates based on the plans and information you provide. The estimate remains a guide, and you are still responsible for final review and for the quote you issue to your client. 

All Templates, price lists, frameworks, content, and materials we supply remain the intellectual property of Campbell’s Estimating Services Pty Ltd. When you subscribe, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Templates for your own business only.

You must not:

•  resell, sublicence, rent, or otherwise commercialise the Templates or any part of them;
•  redistribute, share, publish, or give access to the Templates to any third party; or
• copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Templates except as needed for your own permitted use.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund, and we reserve all rights available to us at law.

You agree to use our website, Templates and Estimating Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use them in any way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Some consumer rights under Australian law can’t be excluded, and we don’t try to. If something we’ve guaranteed isn’t met, we’ll put it right by re-supplying it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 7, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, or business, arising from your use of our website, Templates or Estimating Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Templates or services if you breach these Terms. You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your annual term.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
